I am a very frequent shopper at the Carolina Forest store in Myrtle Beach, SC Today I was disrespected in front of an employee by the assistant manager Michael McCormick. I was given the word the word of one of the lower managers that I would be offered a credit on a new parsley plant in the amount of $2.99. The customer service person (Chrissy) was chastised for not informing McCormick about my refund/credit and after questioning me as to the name of the employee that authorized the refund when I couldn't recall his name. McCormick was not personable, or friendly but talked to me like I was trying to cheat the store out of $2.99. I offered to pay for the replacement and was told by him (McCormick) "I'll let it go this time" !!! I took exception to his disrespect and told him "You're not doing me any favors". I'm reporting this incident because he was very unprofessional and rude. I am a steady customer and have never been treated so disrespectfully !!!
